This HDW3 counter top heated display is ideal for displaying a range of hot food requiring humidity. It is fitted with a slide out humidity tray to prevent products drying out and overhead halogen heat lights for additional heat for products on the top shelf. Electric air-heated showcase with curved glass and moisture drawer for food maintenance. The heating happens with halogen lamps and its adjustable temperature can reach up to 90C. It also provides hot air circulation and humidity in the chamber for greater freshness of the heated products, ideal for heating chicken
