Advice for Road Runners: The Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 24 Running Shoes are the 24th edition of this incredibly popular style of stability road running shoes. 

The Adrenaline GTS 24 has a number of updates in comparison to the Adrenaline GTS 23.

Underfoot Feel

The midsole has received a big update. The Adrenaline GTS 23 had a midsole featuring Brooks DNA LOFT v2 cushioning. However, the Adrenaline GTS 24 have a midsole made of Brooks' nitrogen-infused DNA LOFT v3 foam. 

DNA LOFT v3 foam delivers increased softness and energy return, and it weighs less.

Crucially, the Adrenaline GTS 24 still contain Brooks' signature GuideRails® technology. However, the design of the GuideRails® has been updated. This holistic support system functions in a similar fashion to the bumpers at a bowling alley. The structure helps keep excess motion in check while also working with your natural motion.

The RoadTack rubber outsole is light and durable.

Upper Fit

The engineered double jacquard air mesh upper will feel plush and breathable. However, the upper also helps to support your feet. A reinforced 3D heel counter is a very important support feature.

Ideal Run Type

The Brooks Women's Adrenaline GTS 24 Running Shoes should help you the most on your slower paced runs. It's also fair to say these are likely to feel very comfortable for longer distance runs.

Sizing Advice

Shoe size is a personal preference and everyone's feet are different, but we want to ensure you avoid any pain or discomfort from bruised toenails, rubbing, blistering or pins and needles.

Your running shoes should have enough width to allow you to spread your toes and should have some space at the front (we recommend having a half to one thumb's width of space from the end of your longest toe to the front of your running shoes).

This usually means that your running shoe will be at least a half size bigger than your regular shoe size though this can vary from brand to brand.
